VLF began in 2005 as a collaboration between the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP), The Writer's Bloc and Tanghalang Pilipino. The festival directors Tess Jamias, and Marco Viana, promise an outstanding lineup of bold new works with Filipino sensibilities.
